London:
Our private guided tour around London takes us Kings Cross Station, where Harry took the train from Platform 9¾. In the movie it was filmed between platform 3 and 4. Then on to Leadenhall Market, scene of the Leaky Cauldron Pub.
The tour takes us past the Australian High Commission, which was an interior for Gringotts Bank This scene was filmed inside Australia House which isn't open to the public. We should be able to see inside through the main door. We will also pass by the street where JK Rowling lives in Kensington, a district of London.
Oxford:
For your private tour to Oxford, we will visit the fabulous Christchurch College. It has featured in several Harry Potter films. The vaulted staircase is where Harry is met for his first day at school, and Hogwarts is modelled on the great hall. We then go on to the Bodleian Library where the infirmary scenes were filmed and another college, location where Malfoy was turned into a ferret.
Bath:
Your private guided tour will take you to Lacock . This was once a medieval abbey - the former home of William Fox Talbot credited with inventing photography. Scenes from the first two Harry Potter blockbusters were filmed in the village and in the cloisters at Lacock Abbey.
In the Harry Potter and the Order of The Phoenix, the cloisters courtyard featured as a courtyard in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. More recently it was the location for a series of spooky night scenes for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
